At QLS, we realize that turn-around time is very important in the loan process. That’s why, in most cases, we can provide your residential appraisal reports within 24-48 hours from the time of inspection.

At QLS we also know that the appraisal is an important part of closing and can delay closing if not done accurately. That is where quality of work comes into play. Each appraisal goes through an in house quality control to make sure all of our client’s needs are met. Since obtaining a second or subsequent appraisal is not an option with the new HVCC, it is important that the appraisal be accurate and reflect the current market value.

We believe in keeping our clients informed of every step of the appraisal. Our clients are notified of the appraisal status via e-mail throughout the appraisal process.
