Dates to Remember:

April 1, 2009 - The new form 1004MC (Market Condition) that will be mandatory for all conventional and FHA loans.

May 1, 2009 - The Home Valuation Code of Conduct (HVCC or The Code) that requires that all appraisals for conventional loans be ordered through an AMC (Appraisal Management Company) like Quality Lender Support (QLS). With the Home Valuation Code of Conduct (HVCC or The Code) you may no longer get comp checks or look ups. An alternative is ordering a desktop appraisal to determine if you want to proceed with a loan.

For FHA appraisals, you will be notified of the appraiser’s license number so the case number can be ordered.  Due to the complexities of commercial properties, an estimate will be given after a research assessment is made. Please call for a quote and turn-around time.
