Appraisers

At Quality Lender Support it is our belief that the appraiser should never pay to be placed on a list or pay for an order. The appraiser should be the one being compensated for the work that is done. It costs you absolutely nothing to join our team of appraisers. To ensure we can provide our appraisers with sufficient orders, we do limit the number of appraisers we can accept in some areas. What makes us different? We are owned and operated by Appraisers. We know USPAP and what it is like to be an appraiser. We have done the new 1004MC and know it is time consuming and a pain.
 
We do not alter reports in any way, we have our appraisers send us locked pdf's so nothing can be removed. If at anytime an appraiser thinks a report has been altered, they should contact the lender and ask for a copy.  QLS takes this very seriously and will help in any way possible. We do not gather any data for AVM's, etc. As appraisers we do not believe in or support AVM's in anyway.
